1. Height - Stand straight without shoes and measure from the top of your head to the floor.
2. Waist - Measure around your bare stomach just above your hip bones.
3. Weight - Use a scale on a flat, stable surface and stand still until the reading settles.
Adjust the waist belt and support points until the device feels secure without restricting movement or circulation.
If your height, waist, or weight falls outside the supported range, the current model may not fit correctly.

What are MOBOT Exoskeletons?
MOBOT currently offers AI recreational or consumer exoskeletons worn around the hips and legs. They sense your movement and assist each step, which may make walking and hiking feel less tiring.
Unlike medical or industrial exoskeletons, consumer exoskeletons are lightweight and designed for general activities. You still take each step and maintain your own balance.
Who are MOBOT Exoskeletons suitable for?
MOBOT exoskeletons are designed for individuals who can still stand, walk short distances and maintain their balance, looking to go further with less effort.
May be suitable for:
- Active seniors
- Post-rehabilitation patients*
- Walkers, hikers, travellers
- Long-hour active workers
- Photographers or guides
Not recommended for:
- Under 18 years old
- Pregnant
- Under the influence of alcohol, drugs or medication that affects balance
- Unable to maintain balance independently

No. It is a recreational consumer product. It is not intended to treat a condition or replace medical treatment, rehabilitation or a mobility aid. If you have a health or mobility concern, consult a healthcare professional before use.

Can I bring the battery on a flight?
Batteries of MOBOT Exoskeletons are below 100Wh and can generally be carried in hand luggage on many airlines.
Check with your airline before travelling and follow its rules for lithium batteries and spare batteries.
Is the exoskeleton battery removable?
Yes. MOBOT exoskeletons have detachable batteries that can be swapped for a compatible one.
Do my muscles still work while I use the exoskeleton?
Yes. You still move your legs, control your posture and maintain your balance. The exoskeleton provides assistance; it does not walk for you.
Will using it weaken my muscles or make me dependent on it?
Using an exoskeleton does not automatically weaken your muscles or make you dependent on it. Stay actively involved in each step, use a comfortable assistance level and pay attention to how your body feels.
Can exoskeleton make my muscles stronger?
It may help you stay active for longer by reducing fatigue. Some models also have a fitness mode that adds resistance. Results vary, and it should not be used as a substitute for a prescribed exercise or rehabilitation programme.
Do you provide home trials?
MOBOT does not provide home trials. From 1–4 October, visit us at Smart Home Tech Show at Suntec Singapore to try selected MOBOT exoskeletons in person.
Are MOBOT Exoskeletons suitable for post-rehabilitation patients?
MOBOT is not a medical professional and cannot advise whether an exoskeleton is suitable for your specific condition. However, some customers have purchased our exoskeletons to support their post-rehabilitation walking activities. We encourage you to try the product and determine how it feels for you, and to consult a healthcare professional if you need advice on its suitability for your condition.
How do I know if it will fit me?
MOBOT exoskeletons can fit the average height and ≤ 100 kg weight. For shorter, underweight or overweight users, check its size guide.
Try it on to make sure the waist and leg straps feel secure and comfortably positioned.
Can I use it in the rain or cold weather?
MOBOT Exoskeletons are rated IP54 for dust and water resistance. Light rain may be acceptable, but avoid heavy rain and submersion. Battery performance may decrease in extreme cold. Follow the instructions for your specific model.
