MOBOT currently offers AI recreational or consumer exoskeletons worn around the hips and legs. They sense your movement and assist each step, which may make walking and hiking feel less tiring.

Unlike medical or industrial exoskeletons, consumer exoskeletons are lightweight and designed for general activities. You still take each step and maintain your own balance.

MOBOT exoskeletons are designed for individuals who can still stand, walk short distances and maintain their balance, looking to go further with less effort.

Batteries of MOBOT Exoskeletons are below 100Wh and can generally be carried in hand luggage on many airlines. 

Check with your airline before travelling and follow its rules for lithium batteries and spare batteries.

Yes. MOBOT exoskeletons have detachable batteries that can be swapped for a compatible one.

Yes. You still move your legs, control your posture and maintain your balance. The exoskeleton provides assistance; it does not walk for you.

Using an exoskeleton does not automatically weaken your muscles or make you dependent on it. Stay actively involved in each step, use a comfortable assistance level and pay attention to how your body feels.

It may help you stay active for longer by reducing fatigue. Some models also have a fitness mode that adds resistance. Results vary, and it should not be used as a substitute for a prescribed exercise or rehabilitation programme.

MOBOT does not provide home trials. From 1–4 October, visit us at Smart Home Tech Show at Suntec Singapore to try selected MOBOT exoskeletons in person.

MOBOT is not a medical professional and cannot advise whether an exoskeleton is suitable for your specific condition. However, some customers have purchased our exoskeletons to support their post-rehabilitation walking activities. MOBOT exoskeletons can fit the average height and ≤ 100 kg weight. For shorter, underweight or overweight users, check its size guide. 

Try it on to make sure the waist and leg straps feel secure and comfortably positioned.

MOBOT Exoskeletons are rated IP54 for dust and water resistance. Light rain may be acceptable, but avoid heavy rain and submersion. Battery performance may decrease in extreme cold. Follow the instructions for your specific model.
