How to Accept Your PAB/E-Scooter Ownership Transfer

Purchased a PAB/E-Scooter from MOBOT?

After your purchase, MOBOT will initiate the transfer of ownership for your PAB/E-Scooter. Once the transfer has been submitted, you will need to accept it through OneMotoring to complete the ownership registration under your name.

This guide will show you how to accept the ownership transfer step by step.

Before you start, make sure you have:

Your Singpass login details
The ownership transfer notification
A mobile phone or computer with internet access

Step 1: Log In to OneMotoring

Go to the OneMotoring website and log in using your Singpass.

Step 2: Locate the Pending Transfer

After logging in, look for the pending ownership transfer for your PAB/PMD.

You should see the transfer initiated by the retailer.

Step 3: Select "Confirm Transfer of PAB/E-Scooter"

Click on "Confirm Transfer of PAB/e-Scooter" to proceed with the ownership transfer.

Step 4: Confirm the PAB/E-Scooter Details

Tick "I have read and I agree to the terms and conditions." Then check the PAB/E-Scooter number.

Step 5: Verify Your Personal & Device Details

Check that your personal and device details displayed on the page are correct.

Make sure all the information is accurate before proceeding with the ownership transfer.

Step 6: Confirm the Transfer

Tick the checkbox at the bottom left, then click "Confirm" to proceed.

Transfer fee:

PAB: $11
E-Scooter: $7

Step 7: Process Completed

Click "OK" at the bottom-right corner.

If the transfer is successful, you will receive an official email from LTA confirming that the "transfer was successful."

Important: Accept the Transfer Within 5 Days

Once the retailer has initiated the ownership transfer, please complete the acceptance within 5 days.

If the transfer expires, the retailer will need to initiate it again. As both the retailer and customer are required to pay a transfer fee, completing it on time helps avoid additional fees.
